Bethan Evans. Clinical Supervisor & Team Manager.

Bethan has worked for children’s services and mental health services for over 12 years. She has a First Class Honours Degree in Childhood Studies, a Masters Degree in Social Work, and an MSc in Psychology. Bethan’s role is to provide clinical supervision, and develop and support the Therapists. She is responsible for managing the referrals to the team, and overseeing the programme goals. 

Bethan has a special interest in childhood trauma and improving outcomes for vulnerable children. She is a wife and mother, and after work she enjoys walking on the beach with her little dog Bettie.

Mae Bethan wedi gweithio i wasanaethau plant a theuluoedd a gwasanaethau iechyd meddwl ers dros 12 mlynedd. Mae ganddi Radd Anrhydedd Dosbarth Cyntaf mewn Astudiaethau Plentyndod, Gradd Meistr mewn Gwaith Cymdeithasol, ac MSc mewn Seicoleg. Rôl Bethan yw darparu goruchwyliaeth glinigol, a datblygu a chefnogi'r Therapyddion. Mae hi'n gyfrifol am reoli'r atgyfeiriadau i'r tîm, a goruchwylio nodau'r rhaglen. Mae gan Bethan ddiddordeb arbennig mewn trawma mewn plentyndod a gwella canlyniadau i blant agored i niwed. Mae hi'n wraig ac yn fam, ac ar ôl gwaith mae hi'n mwynhau cerdded ar y traeth gyda'i chi bach Bettie.
