The MST-CAN Nottingham Team is seeking a dedicated and experienced MST-CAN Therapist to join our dynamic team. As part of an evidence-based treatment model, you’ll work closely with children and families, delivering high-quality interventions that promote safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

✨ Specialized Training: Receive MST CAN-specific training, including TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), PE (Prolonged Exposure), and quarterly training booster sessions with expert consultants.

What We’re Looking For:
💼 Qualifications: Post-graduate qualification in social work, mental health nursing, clinical psychology, or a related field.
🛠️ Experience: A strong background in case management, including assessment, intervention, and review. Significant experience in family-based interventions (e.g., CBT, SFBT, systemic family therapy).
⚖️ Expertise in Safeguarding: A deep understanding of safeguarding and managing risks to children and young people.
