Cara McCarthy

 Cara McCarthy, MST Therapist

 

Cara studied Social Science in UCC and has a master’s in social work, also from UCC. She has a Diploma in Psychology from Limerick College of Further Education.

Cara previously worked in variety of social work teams, including Child Protection and Children in Care. She also spent a number of years volunteering with agencies such as Childline and Springboard, with a focus on supporting children and young people.

Cara has been working on the MST team for 4.5 years. She loves being able to work collaboratively with families to build on their strengths and promote sustainable change for young people.
