Jade McDermott

Jade McDermott. Therapist 

Jade has worked with children and families for over 12 years. Jade has experience of working within mental health services within the NHS and with children and families through the Local Authority. Jade is one of the therapists in the team. She enjoys walking her dog Hugo, playing netball for her local team and spending time with her family.

Mae Jade wedi gweithio efo phlant a theuluoedd ers dros 12 mlynedd. Mae gan Jade brofiad o weithio o fewn gwasanaethau iechyd meddwl o fen y GIG a gyda phlant a theuluoedd dwry’r Awdurdod Lleol. Mae Jade yn un o’r Therapyddion yn y tîm. Mae hi’n mwynhau cerdded ei chi Hugo, chwarae pêl-rhwyd i’ŵ thîm lleol a threulio amser gydai’i theulu.
