Katie Boyce, MST Therapist
Katie joined the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) team in 2024 and brings a strong academic foundation with a degree in Social Care. She offers more than a decade of frontline experience supporting young people and families within both the Child Protection system and the juvenile justice system.
Her extensive background has equipped her with deep insight into the multifaceted challenges faced by young people who present with high‑risk behaviours, trauma histories, and social vulnerabilities. Katie is skilled at building meaningful relationships, navigating interdisciplinary networks, and delivering structured interventions that prioritise safety, stability, and long‑term positive outcomes.
In her MST role, Katie integrates her years of experience with the programme’s evidence‑based framework, working intensively with families to strengthen resilience, enhance functioning, and support sustainable behavioural change.
