NHS Staff Awards 2026
Congratulations to the Lived Experience Network (LEN) and MST's very own Natalie Wilmot who won the award for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at the South London & Maudsley NHS Trust's Staff Awards 2026!
The nomination recognises their "exceptional contribution to championing fairness, respect, and belonging across the Trust. Through collective leadership, collaboration, and a deep commitment to lived experience, the steering group has played a central role in tackling health inequalities and embedding inclusion into both staff support and Trust-wide practice."
The Lived Experience Network supports Trust staff with their mental health and wellbeing by providing regular online welcoming and confidential support spaces and in-person wellbeing activities and events around the Trust.
