She later progressed into management, leading a disability service and strengthening her expertise in service delivery, staff leadership, and person-centred care. Her work in juvenile detention further deepened her understanding of complex behavioural needs, rehabilitation, and the importance of early intervention and therapeutic engagement.

In her current role, Tracey combines her clinical and management experience to support young people involved in the justice system, focusing on rehabilitation, risk reduction, and positive outcomes through structured supervision and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. She is committed to empowering young people and families, promoting resilience, and contributing to meaningful, long-term change within communities.
